Tugbong Festival joins the Tumandok Exhibit on September 12-17, 2005 at the Robinson's Place in Iloilo, Philippines.

TUMANDOK 2005 was organized by the Iloilo Provincial Tourism Office and the Institute of HRM and Tourism of Central Philippine University.
